[en]The key of the project was to reestablish the ownership of the urban grounds to the local citizens and to reconfigure it in order to allow maximal use and accessibility. The urban rehabilitation is based on the conservation and integration of the existing positive elements. The model of intervention can be easily adapted and continued within the rest of the historical urban area that has similar features, such as streets with continuous fronts and houses with passage accesses. The system of generating the urban surface is simple, based on integrating the directions settled by the accesses of the houses and by the ownership limits and translating them in the urban paving organization.

[ro]Ideea principala a proiectului este aceea de a reda populatiei tesutul urban si de a-l reconfigura pentru a permite o utilizare si accesibilitate maxima locuitorilor. Reabilitarea acestuia se realizeaza prin conservarea si integrarea elementelor pozitive existente. Modelul de interventie poate fi usor preluat si continuat in restul tesutului urban istoric cu caracteristici similare, respectiv strazi cu fronturi continue si case cu ganguri. Sistemul de generare a suprafetei urbane este simplu, bazat pe preluarea unor directii date de accese si de limite de lot si transpunerea lor in organizarea dalajului urban.
