[en]The house is composed around the interior court. The service areas and circulations are positioned towards the street, while the main areas are opened towards the court. The living area becomes the organizer for the whole project. It is the only one that links the access area and the court in the back of the house through its windows and can control the access as well as the terrace and the outer private area.

[ro]Casa este organizata spre curtea interioara, spatiile de circulatie si anexele sunt plasate spre strada, in timp ce spatiile importante sunt deschise spre curte. Livingul devine in aceasta solutie organizatorul intregului proiect. El este singurul care face legatura intre zona de acces si curtea din spate prin prezenta vitrajelor si poate controla atat accesul, cat si terasa si zona exterioara privata.
